Endowments provide important financial stability for a university. Like institutions across the country, Rider’s endowment consists of hundreds of endowed funds initiated and supported by donors like you. These endowed funds are pooled together to maximize their interest, but each fund is administered individually to ensure donors’ wishes are respected and that each donor receives a customized report on their fund.

With a minimum gift of $25,000, your contribution can be used to create an endowed scholarship, establish a professorship, support a new or existing academic or special program, underwrite student engaged learning opportunities or maintain buildings and programs. Endowments can provide ongoing support for theater productions, concerts, laboratories and study abroad, as well as Rider’s centers of excellence. Typically, approximately 5% of your gift will be spent each year, permitting your endowment to grow over time.
