Join us for a transformative experience designed to inspire, empower, and connect Rider changemakers—at every level. The Mazzotti Summit provides a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills, grow your network, and gain insights from our keynote speaker and Rider women panelists. The summit is offered through the generosity of Rider alumni and Trustees Tom Lynch and Joan Mazzotti, along with her husband Mike Kelly.

Participants can pick up their books from the President's Office on the ground floor of Moore Library or the Dean's Office, Norm Brodsky College of Business, on the second floor of Sweigart Hall.
What is a changemaker? A changemaker is anyone who takes initiative to drive positive change—regardless of role, title, or background. As Alex Budak defines it, changemakers embrace challenges with optimism, collaborate effectively, and take small but meaningful steps to create lasting impact. Whether you're already leading change or seeking the confidence to start, the summit will empower you to adopt the changemaker mindset and lead from where you are.
Day one - Lawrenceville campus (May 21, 2025)
2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Muller’s Pub: Enjoy an afternoon of networking, socializing, and meaningful connections with fellow Rider changemakers.
Day two - The River House at Odette’s in scenic New Hope, PA (May 22, 2025)
Take part in a full-day leadership experience! Gain insights from keynote speaker, Alex Budak, on leading from where you are—both personally and professionally. Engage with Rider women leaders through panel discussions and conversations with each other. Enjoy good company, good food, and an inspiring view of the Delaware River!
